THE WORKSHOP OF PREVENTION, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF HYPERLIPIDEMIA

The workshop of Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperlipidemia with emphasis on familial hypercholesterolemia was held on 2 nd and 3 rd of October at Isfahan Cardiovascular Research Institute in Isfahan.

The seminar was attended by two prominent foreign experts from Turkey and Oman and a number of invitees including heads of relevant associations and experts and practitioners from different cities of the country. One of the main goals of this seminar was to initiate the development of a Guideline for the Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperlipidemia that was attended by the participants.
