In 2021, as in the previous years, training activities related to World Heart Day were held for a week under the title of Isfahan World Heart Week.
The focus of World Heart Week was the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccination and continued prevention efforts, its complications, and effects on cardiovascular disease, familial hypercholesterolemia, and awareness of lifestyle modification to prevent and control cardiovascular disease and hypertension.
Today, the volume of scientific information is increasing so rapidly that more than 80 clinical and systematic trials are published daily in the world. Managing the growing volume of information and using it to make the best clinical decisions requires keeping existing resources up to date, especially clinical guidelines.
The first meeting of the Acute Coronary Syndrome Guideline (ACS) preparation group was held virtually on Wednesday, July 2, 2021, and the first phase of the project officially began. The main purpose of this guideline is to optimize the patients' care with the acute coronary syndrome.
Since March 2021, the necessary measures have been taken by this center to prepare research puzzles. Then, a webinar entitled: “Research Puzzles: A Practical Solution for Coherence in Research in the Country” were held on June 9, 2021, for research and technology vice-chancellors of universities and heads of research centers, research institutes, and research networks with the speech of Dr. Sarrafzadegan. After that, the final report on the preparation of research puzzles was prepared and sent to the Deputy Minister of Research and Technology.
برگزاری مراسم گرامیداشت هفته جهانی قلب از سوم تا نهم مهر ماه
با توجه به ابلاغ ماموریت معاونت تحقیقات و فناوری وزارتخانه به مرکز تحقیقات قلب و عروق اصفهان جهت تهیه پازل پژوهشی در حیطه بیماریهای قلبی عروقی، از اواخر سال 1399 اقدامات لازم جهت تهیه پازل پژوهشی توسط این مرکز انجام و در تاریخ 19 خرداد ماه 1400 وبیناری تحت عنوان پازل های پژوهشی: راهکار عملی برای انسجام تحقیقات در کشور برای معاونتهای تحقیقات و فناوری دانشگاههای سراسر کشور و روسای مراکز تحقیقاتی، پژوهشکده ها و شبکه های تحقیقاتی با سخنرانی خانم دکتر صراف زادگان برگزار گردید.
امروزه حجم اطلاعات علمی با سرعت بسیار زیادی درحال افزایش است به طوری که روزانه بیش از ۸۰ کارآزمایی بالینی و سیستماتیک در جهان به چاپ می رسد. پرداختن به این حجم در حال افزایش اطلاعات و استفاده از آنها برای اتخاذ بهترین تصمیمات بالینی، مستلزم به روز نگه داشتن منابع موجود به ویژه راهنماهای بالینی است.
اولین جلسه گروه تهیه گایدلاین سندروم حاد کرونر (ACS) روز چهارشنبه دوم تیرماه ۱۴۰۰، به صورت مجازی تشکیل و فاز اول این طرح بطور رسمی آغاز گردید. هدف اصلی از تهیه این گایدلاین، بهینه سازی مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا به سندروم حاد کرونر است.
فرایند تهیه گایدلاین (Guideline Development) تشخیص، مدیریت و درمان دیس لیپیدمی، در اسفند ماه ۱۳۹۹ وارد مرحله دوم گردید. در مرحله اول طی ۹ جلسه مجازی، اعضای گروه تهیه گایدلاین (Guideline Development Group) اقدامات ذیل را انجام دادند:
